Service Levels

Three levels of service let you choose how involved you want to be in your loan portfolio management.

• Full Service Plan

  Free your staff from a costly burden by having our highly trained representatives handle all borrower calls and correspondence. You also get our comprehensive accounting, reporting, billing, and forms processing services.

• Modified Service Plan

  Get the same billing, due diligence, and payment processing services, but retain responsibility for all borrower inquiries, as well as form processing for deferment, postponement and cancellation. In this way, the Campus Partners stays invisible to your alumni, if desired.

• Enhanced Service Plan

  A level of service above and beyond that of Full Service. In addition to complete borrower correspondence and forms processing outsourcing, we manage your portfolio from the time a new loan is added to the system, forward. This includes collection agency placement and promissory note maintenance.
